Britton Griffith-Douglass is Vice President, Operations at Reno Engineering, a development services company. She is the Special Events Chair for The Riverwalk/Liberty District, board Member for the Regional Alliance of Downtown and Nevada Youth Empowerment Project. She is dedicated & passionate about bringing world attention to the incredible aspects of Reno, including its electric downtown area, brilliant talent pool and the truly one of a kind attributes of the Biggest Little City. She believes that Reno has a vibrant and exponentially growing StartUp community. She wishes to assist, encourage and cultivate the inspiration, drive and heart of the entrepreneur in her beautiful home town. She is also a columnist for Reno Tahoe Tonight, founder of the High Heels & Hopes Fashion Show and a yoga instructor.

As a high-energy, innovative marketing strategist, Amanda has more than 25 years of experience building and leading integrated sales and marketing teams for high profile nationwide companies in diverse industries that include foodservice, sporting goods and commercial real estate. She is currently the founding partner of MarketLinkRE, a marketing communications and branding consulting firm focused on Commercial Real Estate and a partner in Sports Attack, a manufacturer of professional sports training equipment, both based in Reno, Nevada. As an accomplished leader, Amanda is also an experienced Executive Director currently driving the success of community organizations such as NAIOP, CCIM, and the Regional Alliance for Downtown Reno.
