Caitlin is a strategic marketing communications leader and brings ideas to life as the Associate Director of Communications at Risas Dental. In her past seven years with Risas, Caitlin has helped address community healthcare needs in the Phoenix, Tucson, Denver, Las Vegas, and San Antonio metro areas. She personally develops and executes a variety of internal team communications and public campaigns including philanthropic efforts, serving as an on-air representative, and promoting the company’s excellence within the industry and community. In 2022, Caitlin joined the Advisory Board for Women in DSO (Dental Support Organizations) and leads the membership programming at Risas.

Caitlin’s passion for giving back to the community started a decade ago while interning at Habitat for Humanity. That passion continued in 2016 when Caitlin became the Phoenix Director of the nonprofit, House of Genius, which provides monthly events to help entrepreneurs solve their business challenges. Through her role at Risas and her extensive volunteer work, Caitlin successfully combined her love of marketing, helping businesses grow, and fostering collaboration. Caitlin is known for her skills in crafting key messaging, building brands, and connecting with the community in a meaningful way.

Caitlin participated in House of Genius for the first time in 2015 and has led the Phoenix chapter since 2016.

“Raised by an entrepreneur, Brian assumed he was heading to business school until he became enamored with the ability to solve real world problems using math. At the University of Washington, he discovered Industrial Engineering and realized that “People Engineering” was in his DNA. During his 21 years at Intel Corporation, he learned to combine the science of data and analytics with the power of empathy and authentic relationships to actually solve real world business problems. At the end of his tenure with Intel, Brian was the lead Workforce Strategist for the 6000 person worldwide IT organization. While in this role, he decided that the balance of his career would be dedicated to Organizational Development.
Brian co-founded The PEAK Fleet in 2016, with the sole purpose of helping organizations succeed by creating engaged workforces that thrive together. Brian is also an Academic Associate at ASU where he mentors student entrepreneurs enrolled in the Venture Devil program. He attended his first House of Genius in 2017 and has been a volunteer with the Phoenix chapter since 2019.”
