Founded: Summer 2012

Organizer: Josh Anderson
Email: seattle@houseofgenius.org

Times: Sessions occur from about 5:55PM – 8:55PM.
The building doors are locked at 6pm sharp, so plan to arrive by 5:45pm to be on the safe side.

Seattle is bursting with passionate, creative, intelligent people who thrive to be a little bit different. There is nothing quite like the house of genius in the area that mixes the room brilliantly to let the genius come out. Watch a testimonial video to see what to expect:  http://vimeo.com/user11830759/houseofgeniusseattle

Apply to be a part of the mix for an evening of disruptive thinking that happens on the first Tuesday of every month, unless otherwise noted.

Josh Anderson is the CEO of Microsoft Alliance as a Service and President of One Into Many Market Strategies. He is an early startup innovator and loves nothing more than creating value out of thin air. Josh has developed several innovative frameworks such as “Alliance as Service”, “Channel as Product”, “Simplexity”, and “MSD” (marketing, sales, and delivery as a contiguous process). Currently he is working on a disruptive approach to building business capabilities he calls Problem-Centric Business.

Before 2008, Josh built a career at Microsoft that spanned 17 years. In that time, Josh went from being the only person in history to sell 20% of a Microsoft product line by himself direct to clients (Programmer’s library) to turning Microsoft into a key enterprise vendor in most fortune 500 companies, a feat deemed impossible by the press and analysts when he started down that road in 1997.

In his free time, Josh is a pizzaiolo in his kitchen, skis and snow shoes in the winter, bikes cyclo-cross in the summer, and runs. He enjoys exploring, learning, finding deals, home remodeling and landscaping, and lastly aspires to be at the helm of his own sailboat one day.
