Nima Jacob Nojoumi is an entrepreneur, facilitator of innovative ideas and impassioned advocate of startup companies. He’s also the co-founder and CEO of Sourcely, a technology startup that helps small and medium-sized businesses increase customer retention. Nima wants to help these companies earn back market share from big box retailers with turnkey solutions and data-on-demand services.
Nima has long had an interest in entrepreneurship. At 19 he co-founded his first brick-and-mortar business, and by 21 he was successfully investing in both residential and commercial real estate. He has advised GoDaddy’s executive leadership team, as well as over 600 VIP clients and 20,000 customers.
At his core, Nima is an impassioned autodidact who loves mentoring others. He’s also a firm believer in social embeddedness. That’s why when he was invited to sit on a panel for the Santa Monica chapter of the House of Genius, he immediately saw the endeavor’s revolutionary potential. Inspired by the community-driven format, Nima has dedicated himself to establishing a Phoenix House that will contribute to the burgeoning startup ecosystem in Arizona.
Caitlin Waters currently serves as the Marketing Manager at Risas Dental where she oversees the company’s marketing, social media, communications, PR, and outreach efforts.
After sitting on a House of Genius Phoenix panel back in early 2015, she knew it was an organization she wanted to be apart of. Her passion for relationship building, marketing, technology, and social media has already proven to be a valuable asset to the House of Genius Phoenix organization.
Caitlin has extensive experience crafting marketing & social media strategies for companies of all sizes, including nonprofits, corporate, and local businesses. She’s always looking for ways to connect, engage, & build strategic relationships between people, businesses, and their communities. If you need her, Caitlin can be found running along the canal, hiking the nearest mountain, or kicking back on a patio for happy hour.
Kimberly is deeply involved in the local community on grassroots projects, political campaigns, and in the greater Phoenix entrepreneurship ecosystem. Previously, Kimberly served at St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance as the Agency Outreach Analyst where she managed community relations, agency partner research, nutrition education implementation, and program innovation relating to senior food insecurity and tying hunger to health outcomes.
In 2015 she graduated from ASU where she earned her M.A. in Social Justice and Human Rights from the New College with a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Leadership and Management. Shortly thereafter she accepted her current position of Manager of Partner Relations at ASU’s Office of Entrepreneurship + Innovation where she currently works to connect and serve students and community members through meaningful engagement and intentional programming.
